Valence is here: one private, controlled, curated space for every AI model you use. Thanks for being part of the first release.
What you can do
- Chat across providers, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, xAI, OpenRouter, Ollama, and on-device local models, from one interface.
- Run fully local: download a model (Gemma, Qwen) and chat with nothing leaving your PC.
- Give Valence a memory: it remembers what matters across conversations, on your machine.
- Bring your own documents: attach files and let Valence answer from them (per-profile knowledge).
- Compare models side by side, including your local ones.
- Peek under the hood with X-Ray: see, in plain English, why the AI answered the way it did.
For families
Kids Mode pairs a multi-layer safety system with a parent dashboard: scan conversations, get crisis alerts, review what needs attention, and set daily time limits: all on-device.
