Valence for Android 1.5.16.2 alpha - Choose the conversation size
Choose how much of the conversation the model can see, right from the model menu.
- Conversation size, in the model menu. Open the model menu (tap the model name at the top) and use the Conversation size slider to choose how much of the chat the model can see at once. The range is what your phone can handle. Each position says what it means: Default, Larger (uses more memory, still within what your phone is rated for), or, on phones with 8 GB of memory or more, Above this phone’s rating (shown in a warning colour, and it may load slowly or fall back to a smaller size).
- It applies right away. Tap Apply and the model reloads at the new size there and then, so your next message doesn’t wait for it. Use the default puts it back.
- The slider is locked while a reply is being written, and kids profiles always use the default size.
