Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time $20 purchase. All 1.x bug fixes and minor updates are free. Major future versions may be offered separately.
Do I need to pay for the AI models too?
Valence connects to providers using your own API keys, so most providers charge their normal usage fees. For a zero-cloud option, use Ollama on your own hardware.
How does the free trial work?
Download Valence, use every feature for seven days, and buy only if the product proves itself in your workflow.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. The full-access trial exists so you can evaluate the product before you pay.
How do I receive my license key?
After purchase, the license key is delivered by email. Paste it into Valence settings to activate the installation.
